Predictium is a DEX-like decentralized prediction market protocol on the Solana blockchain. The Predictium website and mobile apps serve as interfaces for users to interact with the smart contract. Users must understand the protocol and ensure their actions comply with local laws. The developers of Predictium, and the operators of its website and apps, are not legally responsible for users' actions. By accessing or using any part of the Predictium protocol, you accept and agree to become bound by these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

By accessing or using Predictium, you confirm that you're at least 18 years of age and that you are competent to contract in your individual capacity.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your actions comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Predictium and its applications are not responsible for your actions. Additionally, you must ensure that you understand the rules of the protocol. You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from misunderstandings of the rules.

Understanding Smart Contract Interaction

You acknowledge and understand that Predictium operates as a decentralized protocol based on smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. Therefore, you are fully responsible for your on-chain interactions. You agree to waive any right to claim or hold the Predictium project team liable under any circumstance for any losses or issues arising from your use of the protocol.

Disclaimers and Risks

Predictium does not control or operate the Solana network. Predictium is not responsible if changes in the protocol's operations result in the loss of your tokens. By using decentralized protocols, you acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to technological errors, protocol changes, and regulatory intervention. You understand and accept that the value of tokens and other digital assets can be volatile and may result in significant losses.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Predictium, its directors, members, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other loss arising from your use of the Predictium protocol.

All content, trademarks, and data on the Predictium protocol are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Privacy

Your use of the Predictium protocol is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the protocol, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These TOS

Predictium may modify or update these TOS at any time and without prior notice. You're bound by any changes in the TOS when you use the protocol after those changes have been posted.
